New things included going to the zoo.
Going to Virginia Beach.
Going for a walk at the Dismal Swamps.
On some not so nice days Janelle and I sneaked out to the Children's Museum, which is awesome by the way, where we built a stage by moving stuff around.
We also went to the aquarium in Virginia Beach, which was also pretty neat-o, especially because of the cool turtles.
Nearing the end of the month was Easter of course and we decided to celebrate with the best of them at a community Easter egg hunt. This turned out to be a crazy idea due to the mob scene around the smallish field of eggs. The horn went off and babies, children under 4, and Mom's and Dad's all barreled to the center elbowing their way to claim that precious golden egg. We just stood back and watched in amazement. Maybe another year.
On Easter morning we had some traditional good old fun with the basket and hunted for eggs in our little apartment. I think she liked this more.
Most of the time this month has been spent in our little apartment and for J she has been enjoying this glorious chair more and more as she grows just a little bit more. Life is good as some may say.
